Created in December 2010, FidMe already had over one million users only one year after its launch. Free and available on every mobile phone, in 19 languages, it is the only application in the market that gathers barcode loyalty cards of retailers, stampcards of local shops and discount coupons.

52% of smartphone and tablet users are willing to have their loyalty cards in their mobile, and 45% would like to have coupons. The usage of FidMe confirms it: users have on average 12 loyalty cards in their account and 78% would like to receive personalized offers from their shops on their mobile.
The coupons center available in the app gathers thousands of contextualized offers, sent by retailers, brands, shops and coupons’ providers. This feature integrates tools to measure the ROI. Ideal to follow results of mobile coupons campaigns!

Since the beginning, FidMe has been developed and maintained on most mobile platforms: Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Blackberry, Windows 8, Samsung Bada, Nokia, Java. Available on mobiles, tablets and connected watches (Apple Watch, Android Wear, Samsung Gear), FidMe is also connected to mobile wallets of constructors (Apple’s Passbook, Microsoft’s wallet, Google Wallet).
In order to sustain the application’s performance on every device, a team is entirely dedicated to maintenance. A constant challenge!

In-app gaming features

Check-ins, Facebook and Twitter sharing, stamps, sponsorship; gaming functions were very soon integrated to reward users with “Fids” (FidMe points can be redeemed into gifts) and generate more usage.
