Infographics FidMe 2016: figures of mobile loyalty
FidMe, the European leading mobile loyalty wallet application, undertakes an annual barometer of dematerialized loyalty. With now over 4 million users, it allows us to identify the major trends in the sector. For this new edition, we completed the barometer with data about coupons, offers and mobile notifications, thanks to a users’ survey.
Striking figures: 76% of FidMe users want to be notified of their loyalty cards’ benefits. 73% are interested in coupons to use in grocery stores. And 60% of them are willing to receive notifications to be informed of their cards’ offers. Figures showing that brands connected to FidMe can reach their customers and prospects effectively.
